CAD-Driven Plotter System

To illustrate the potential of Paramount's CAD-driven plotter/cutter system, let's assume your company has a requirement for a prototype non-metallic part based on a design yet to be finalized. The design can be mailed in drawing form as a DXF of EPS design on disc, faxed, or e-mailed to Paramount Die. Your design will be entered into our CAD system and, assuming the material you require is in our extensive inventory, your prototype parts will be cut and shipped to you, usually within 24 hours.

To this point you will have invested in only minimal set-up costs. No waiting for tooling manufacture and best of all, no investment in cutting tools that may or may not be what your finished part requires.

Taking the above situation one step further, let's assume that your design requires some additional changes that you would like to sample. Let us know what changes are to be made and, once again, your revised parts will be on the way to you within 24 hours.

One of the best features of this system is the speed and simplicity of producing, not just prototype quantities, but limited production requirements as well. Of course, if the required quantities demands the use of conventional diecutting, Paramount stands ready to use the same CAD system to assist in construction of your tooling which can then be utilized on our vast array of diecutting presses.
